Over the last few months I have noticed a huge increase in the number of online small businesses. I've seen everything from auto parts supply to zippers and notions being offered exclusively online. It got me thinking about how they handle customer service issues. I have been contemplating starting my own business online and also wondered how I would deal with customer service as well. It's pretty interesting to me that without even trying I came across an awesome website called What is exactly you ask?? Well let me tell you it's just about one of the best ideas that I have come across in a long time. From my understanding, allows you to send messages to your customers and receive them as well. I think that this is fantastic. In my opinion it completely blows email out of the water. I know how often I check my own personal text messages which tells me that most people are probably the same way. I also love to receive feedback and the occasional discount via text message from companies that I love and have shared my cell number with. With I could offer my own future customers the same satisfaction. I am definitely going to keep this website at the top of my list while I am doing my research for my very own line business.
